Paw Ticket Rules

Glow Lantern Festival: Paw Ticket Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Glow Lantern Festival! We are a pet-friendly event and are delighted to welcome your well-behaved, leashed pets to share in the holiday magic. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests—both human and animal—please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. The Paw Ticket: Purpose & Eligibility

A “Paw Ticket” is exclusively for a pet’s admission. This includes dogs, cats, and other small, leashed animals that are comfortable in large, crowded environments.

A Paw Ticket is NOT a substitute for a human admission ticket. Every human guest, regardless of age, must possess a valid, regularly-priced admission ticket for Glow Lantern Festival

Paw Tickets are non-transferable to humans. Attempting to register a human guest with a Paw Ticket is strictly prohibited.

2. Mandatory Human Accompaniment & Ticket Compliance

You must have your own regular ticket. To use a Paw Ticket, the pet must be accompanied by at least one human who has their own valid event ticket. Paw Tickets grant entry for the pet only when presented alongside a standard human ticket.

Strict Prohibition on Ticket Switching/Fraud: Any attempt to circumvent our ticketing system by purchasing a Paw Ticket and attempting to use it for human entry is considered fraud and theft of services.

This includes, but is not limited to:
* Registering a human name to a Paw Ticket.
* Presenting a Paw Ticket at the gate for human entry without a corresponding standard ticket.
* Attempting to “upgrade” a Paw Ticket to human entry.
* Consequences for such actions will include, at management’s discretion, refusal of entry, ejection from the event without a refund, and/or a permanent ban from future Glow Lantern Festival.

3. Pet Policy & Safety Requirements

For the safety of your pet, our other guests, and our staff, all pet owners must adhere to the following rules:

All pets must be accompanied and supervised by their owner at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended or tied to any object at any time.
All dogs must be on a short, fixed-length leash (6 feet or less). Retractable leashes, long lines, and leads are strictly prohibited for safety reasons, as they can create trip hazards and make it difficult to control your pet in a crowd.

Owners are solely responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste bags are available at event entry points; please use them and dispose of waste in designated receptacles.
Pets must be under control at all times.

4. The Honorable Mission of Paw Tickets

100% of the net proceeds from every Paw Ticket sold are used directly for Pawsitive Home, a registered for-profit organization dedicated to helping families in need keep and care for their beloved pets.
By purchasing a Paw Ticket, you are directly contributing to this mission, providing food, veterinary care, and support to prevent pet surrenders and keep families together.

5. Buy a Paw Ticket (Without Attending)

You don’t have to attend the event to make a difference!

We encourage you to “Buy a Paw Ticket” at checkout. Your purchase will provide a Paw Ticket to a family in need through the Pawsitive Home program.

6. Become a Pawsitive Home Partner

Our work is powered by a community of supporters. If you are a business or organization that would like to align with this cause, we invite you to join us.
