INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (“ARBITRATION AGREEMENT”)
Unless prohibited by federal law, User and Releasees (the “Parties” or, individually, a “Party”) agree to arbitrate any and all Claims, except for Claims concerning the validity, scope or enforceability of this Arbitration Agreement, through BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. This Arbitration Agreement involves interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16 (“FAA”), and not by state law.
In any claim or dispute to be resolved by arbitration, neither Party will be able to have a court or jury trial or participate in a class action or class arbitration. Other rights that the Parties would have if the Parties went to court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including the right to appeal. Each Party understands and agrees that by requiring each other to resolve all disputes through individual arbitration, WE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL. ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION OR ANY SIMILAR PROCEEDING. The arbitrator(s) may not consolidate the claims of multiple parties.
Arbitrations shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) pursuant to the applicable AAA rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. User may obtain information about arbitration, arbitration procedures and fees from AAA by calling 800-778-7879 or visiting www.adr.org. If AAA is unable or unwilling to arbitrate a dispute, then the dispute may be referred to any other arbitration organization or arbitrator the Parties both agree upon in writing or that is appointed pursuant to Section 5 of the FAA. The arbitration shall take place in the federal judicial district where the Event took place, or in another location on which the Parties agree. The arbitrator shall be authorized to award any relief that would have been available in court, provided that the arbitrator’s authority is limited to the Parties alone, except as otherwise specifically stated herein. No arbitration decision will have any preclusive effect as to non-parties. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. The Parties agree that this Arbitration Agreement extends to any other parties involved in any Claims, including but not limited to anyone for whom User purchases Tickets and Releasees’ employees, affiliated companies and vendors. This Arbitration Agreement shall take precedence over the rules of the arbitration organization or arbitrator in the event of any conflict.
The Parties each may exercise any lawful rights to seek provisional remedies or self-help, without waiving the right to arbitrate by doing so. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the foregoing class action waiver and prohibition against class arbitration is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then this entire Arbitration Agreement shall be void. If a claim is brought seeking public injunctive relief and a court determines that the restrictions in the Arbitration Agreement prohibiting the arbitrator from awarding relief on behalf of third parties are unenforceable with respect to such claim (and that determination becomes final after all appeals have been exhausted), the claim for public injunctive relief will be determined in court and any individual claims will be arbitrated. In such a case, the court shall stay the claim for public injunctive relief until the arbitration pertaining to individual relief has been entered in court. In no event will a claim for public injunctive relief be arbitrated. If any portion of this Arbitration Agreement other than the class action waiver and prohibition against class arbitration is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not invalidate the remaining portions of this Arbitration Agreement. This Arbitration Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement, your fulfillment or default of your obligations under this Agreement, and/or the Parties’ bankruptcy or insolvency (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
IRREPARABLE INJURY AND CONSENT TO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

Reschedules, Suspensions, or Cancellations
1. Event Postponement or Reschedule
Glow is an outdoor sky lantern festival. Because lantern releases require specific weather conditions to ensure safety, events may be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Weather conditions such as wind above allowable limits, heavy rain, lightning, drought restrictions, or fire hazards.
Government restrictions, safety advisories, or other emergencies.
Weather is the most common reason for reschedules and is entirely outside of Glow’s control.
If an event is rescheduled, all valid tickets will automatically transfer to the new date, provided you have completed your registration form.
2. Event Suspension
An event may be suspended if conditions temporarily prevent the festival from safely taking place. Suspension may apply to:
Events already in progress (for example, due to sudden storms or fire hazards), or
Upcoming scheduled events (for example, due to government lockdowns, extreme weather forecasts, or other emergencies).
Suspension does not mean cancellation. It means the event is delayed and will be rescheduled as soon as safely possible.
📌 Suspended Events Policy
Suspended events will always be rescheduled. Tickets automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds are not offered for suspended events under any circumstance.
3. Event Cancellation
Suspended or rescheduled events are not considered cancellations.
Cancellation only occurs if Glow determines the event will not take place at all.
In the rare instance of a full cancellation with no rescheduled date, Glow may offer:
A refund, or
The option to retain tickets for a future event, or
Ticket resale through the official Fan-to-Fan Exchange.
Please see our Fan-to-Fan Terms for details on reselling or transferring tickets.
4. No Refunds Clause
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a true cancellation as defined above.
If you cannot attend a rescheduled date, your options include:
Holding your tickets for a future Glow event, or
Reselling tickets through the official Fan-to-Fan Exchange.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that reschedules, suspensions, or cancellations may occur and that Glow retains sole discretion over all event scheduling and management decisions. Refund rules apply to tickets bought directly from Gliw. Tickets bought through a ticketing company have their own rules on refunds.
Ticket Resale Policy
Glow tickets are issued exclusively through our authorized ticketing platforms and are subject to strict resale conditions. To maintain the safety, integrity, and fairness of our privately produced event, the following rules apply:
1. Authorized Resale Channel
Tickets may only be resold or transferred through the official Glow Fan-to-Fan Network.
This platform is the sole authorized method for reselling tickets, ensuring that all transfers are legitimate, secure, and traceable.
2. Prohibited Resale & Transfers
Tickets may not be resold, gifted, transferred, or distributed through any other means, including but not limited to:
Third-party resale websites (e.g., StubHub, Vivid Seats, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Personal sales or trades (cash, Venmo, PayPal, etc.)
Giveaways, raffles, or promotional offers by unauthorized parties.
Any tickets found to have been purchased, resold, or transferred outside of the official Fan-to-Fan Network will be void and denied entry without refund.
3. Price Integrity
The Fan-to-Fan Network is designed to ensure fair pricing and protect attendees from inflated scalper rates.
Sellers are required to comply with posted resale rules and limits. Any attempt to manipulate or artificially raise resale values will result in voided tickets.
4. Transfer Verification
Tickets transferred through the Fan-to-Fan Network will NOT be electronically reissued in the buyer’s name.
Entry to Glow requires a valid ticket matching the attendee’s registration and ID.
Tickets not properly transferred through the Fan-to-Fan system will be considered invalid.
5. Fraud Prevention
The use of fraudulent, duplicated, or improperly transferred tickets is strictly prohibited.
Any person attempting entry with such tickets will be denied admission, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement.
6. Final Acknowledgment
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that:
Resale is permitted only through the official Fan-to-Fan Network.
Glow reserves the right to cancel, void, or deny entry to any ticket that violates this policy, without refund.

Professional Photographer & Videographer Policy
Glow is a privately produced festival, and all professional photographers and videographers must apply for permission to attend, regardless of whether they are attending personally or for work purposes.
1. Approval & Entry Packages
Approved professional photographers and videographers are granted access through official entry packages starting at $20,000, and higher-tier options are available.
These packages reflect the commercial value of high-quality photos and videos of lantern festivals and ensure that professionals who profit from media produced at the event do so with the festival’s consent.

First and foremost it is our desire to hold a safe and enjoyable event. We sincerely want to be a peaceful experience for all of our attendees. Unfortunately, the harsh reality is that not all attendees come to us with good intentions. Internet fraud costs companies across the country billions of dollars every year and bullying can cause employees a significant amount of stress.
With the boom of social media and expansion of online shopping, we have elected to follow the lead of several large festivals, retailers, etc and outline our policy for anti-fraud and bullying by customers. By doing business with Glow you agree to not partake in the following behaviors:
Swearing and Foul Language
Screaming, derogatory, racially charged, swearing or intimidating language when speaking with our agents by telephone or online.
Stalking Employees & Threats of Harm
Stalking employees and/or their significant others on social media or in local communities. Threatening the event to cause harm to attendees.
Chargebacks & Stolen Credit Cards
Intentionally buying entry passes to purposely dispute your charge, using a stolen credit card as payment of an order, and providing fake personal information. In all listed instances of these cases we reserve the right to regain funds by turning all paperwork over to the authorities.
Social Media Bullying & Threats of Intimidation
Making false or derogatory statements about the company or products for the purpose of harming the company. This includes statements such as, “If you don’t do what I am asking, then I will leave a bad review or will go on social media to ruin your business, or falsely report you to authorities.”
Company Reviews & Dishonesty
Glow works hard to present a quality, enjoyable event. Our goal is to have a safe, chaos free event, and repeat business. The reality is not all online reviews are honest or have pure motives. For Glow they are placed by competitors or affiliates of competitors, and those trying to enter the event industry, with the goal of harming the company. Placing dishonest or inaccurate reviews on social media platforms is not acceptable.
Anyone who violates any listed policy will instantly, and without warning, be banned from all Glow events, and without refund.
Event Rules & Location Requirements
All Glow events are governed by our full Terms & Conditions, in addition to specific rules set by each event location. Certain locations may have unique requirements, such as residency restrictions, which must be strictly followed.
1. Residency Rules
Some events are restricted to full-time residents of the state where the festival takes place. Part-time residents are not permitted.
You must provide your true, permanent address when registering. Using a false address, a friend’s or relative’s address, or any misleading information will result in:
Revocation of your entry without refund
Potential reporting to authorities for fraud

All attendees must provide real, verifiable information when registering, including:
Full legal name
Accurate age
Current residential address
Fake names, nicknames, or false information of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Passports are not accepted.
This requirement is a critical security measure to protect all attendees and staff.

Providing false information will result in:
Immediate revocation of entry without refund
Reporting to authorities for fraud and theft
By attending, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all event rules, location-specific requirements, and identification verification measures. Failure to comply will result in denied entry and other enforcement actions.
Ticket Limits & No Scalping Policy
